Device Configuration Availability
To ensure a smooth and secure exam experience, please follow the device requirements below:

Small Device
Mobile Phone (Android/iOS) – Default required device

Device specifications for
Android:

• Android version 7.0 and above
• RAM: 4GB
• Internal storage: 32GB

Device specifications for
IOS:

• Requires iOS 12.0 or later. Compatible with iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.

On iOS devices, videos can be watched only by streaming.
Laptop/Desktop Requirements
MacBook:

• Must be M1 chip or above (lower models may face access issues)

Windows Laptop/Desktop:

• Must run Windows 10, Windows 11, or above
• External monitor access is not allowed

Important Guidelines

• Must have a 24-inch monitor (max)
• No External Monitor to be attached to the System
• All devices must be personal (NOT company devices and NOT Shared).
• Devices must not be changed until the exam is completed.
• No system formatting during the exam period.
• Do not delete cache, cookies, or browser history after activation for Question Bank and Live Session. [These instructions apply only to Fintelligents Website – Anything not related to Fintelligents can be deleted, but Fintelligents-related data must remain intact.]
