Shipping Policy

This policy is applicable to Fintelligents, the sole Seller registered on Fintelligents.com (hereinafter referred to as “Fintelligents”), and by listing its products on Fintelligents, Fintelligents unanimously agrees and abides by all the terms mentioned below.

CD/DVD, USB/Pen Drives, Tablets, SD Cards, Printed Material will be referred to as “Tangible Products”.

The term “Shipping” means the transfer or movement of sold Tangible Products from the Seller to the User (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User”) destination.

“Shipping Source” means the Seller’s present location from where the Tangible Product is shipped.

“Shipping Destination” means the User’s or Customer’s Postal Address provided to Fintelligents at the time of placing the order.

Shipment Details

All the Tangible Products sold on Fintelligents will be shipped by Fintelligents, the Seller, and it will be solely responsible for the delivery of the product. Fintelligents has to take utmost care in shipping the right products to the right Users.

Fintelligents has to ensure that all packaging material used for shipping the product will be of the best quality and correctly packaged to ensure that the products reach the Shipping Destination undamaged.

Fintelligents will provide a list of Pin Codes served by them to avoid wrong purchases for uncovered pin codes.

After shipping the products, Fintelligents will share or notify the Courier Tracking details to the Customer via SMS or Email. All shipments should be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours after the purchase notification is sent to Fintelligents.

Shipment of the books will be made using IndiaPost Services only.

Shipment Return/Replacement

Replacements are available for the Users who receive a Damaged Product from Fintelligents. You can get a replacement within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 15 Days Replacement policy is applicable only to CD/DVDs/Pen Drives/Study Materials/SD Cards/Tablets sold on Fintelligents.com.

All the Tangible Products should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

  • Damages due to misuse of Tangible Products
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of Tangible Products
  • Any Tangible Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box.

All Tangible Products sold on Fintelligents are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same at Seller’s end.

In case of Users receiving the wrong product, they can claim for replacements and also for return of the products.

Users can claim replacements for Software failures as well. However, the User has to first report an issue via email (ganesh@fintelligents.com). If the issue cannot be corrected remotely, then the replacement request can be accepted.

Fintelligents holds all the rights whether to refund the order in all the above cases/claims or replace the products with the new/fresh/genuine products.

All the claims for replacement of Damaged Product/s, made by the Customer/s on Fintelligents, will be notified to sellers by the Fintelligents seller support team.

Damaged Product/s will be shipped back to the Seller’s location in original condition either via reverse pick up by the Seller or Customer will be asked to ship it back to the Seller’s location.

It is the Seller’s responsibility to ship the fresh/new/genuine product to the Customer after receiving the replacement request from Fintelligents seller support team.

Any physical damage to the Tangible Product by the User while using it or due to mishandling of the product will not be covered for replacements or returns under this policy.

Shipment Cancellation

Only Fintelligent reserves the right to cancel any order at any given point. You agree not to dispute the decisions made by Fintelligent in this regard.

In the case of cancellation, the entire amount will be refunded to the Customer. The mode of refund will be chosen at the time of refund and will be conveyed to the Customer directly.

Order cancellation is not allowed in cases where the shipping or the delivery of the product has been made to the Customer.
