Any individual, company, coaching center, or institute selling their services through Fintelligents.com (“Website/Fintelligents”) is termed as the “Seller/Provider”. Fintelligents, being the sole owner of the website, reserves the right to register products on the website.
Fintelligents, by registering products on Fintelligents.com, agrees to abide by all the Terms and Conditions and Seller and Shipment Policies of the website.
Product Registration
Fintelligents, being the sole owner of the website, is responsible for registering all products on Fintelligents.com. There is no registration fee for listing products.
Fintelligents declares that all the products listed are owned by them, and they have full rights to sell these products under their name. Fintelligents must ensure that all listed products do not infringe upon the intellectual rights of other parties.
Product Details
All the necessary details required for product listings will be provided by Fintelligents. Fintelligents is responsible for all product details such as prices, images, features, and product descriptions. Fintelligents must keep the products updated on the website and notify users of any changes. Incorrect or outdated product details may result in user dissatisfaction, and any resulting losses will be borne by Fintelligents.
Payment Cycle
All payments to Fintelligents will be made on a monthly basis. Fintelligents will receive the full payment for each sale. Payments will be made via NEFT or Cheque.
Order Delivery
All orders will be notified to Fintelligents via email on their registered email address. Upon purchase, an email with necessary user details will be sent to Fintelligents, notifying them about the sale. All products sold on the website must be dispatched within 48 calendar hours. Delivery of materials such as CD/DVD/USB Drives/Study Material/Tablets/SD Cards etc. should be completed within 7 to 10 days. Fintelligents is responsible for shipment, for which they may charge a fee.
Discounts and Offers
Fintelligents may provide discounts and offers to users of the website to increase sales. Fintelligents can participate in promotional events by offering exclusive discounts and offers. Fintelligents will be notified of any such events in advance.
Seller Notice Period
Fintelligents does not have a notice period for delisting from the website, as it is the sole owner and seller. However, Fintelligents must fulfill all obligations related to orders and product delivery until the point of delisting.
Applicable Law
Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai.
Fintelligents reserves all rights to change or amend any of the above-mentioned terms with or without prior intimation.
